Thermal tank

pressurized cylindrical water tank made of galvanized sheet and insulated with anti-rust and corrosion substance.

The tank is equipped with a 316L stainless coi (heat exchanger) with a length of 25 meters inside the tank.

The tank is insulated with a thick thermal insulation layer of environmentally friendly polyurethane (40 kg / m3) to maintain the water temperature inside the tank.

The outer shell of the tank is made of galvanized iron sheet coated with an electrostatic layer that is resistant to sun radiation.

All tank and collectors holes are screw threads 4/3 inch.

The Conduits are thermally insulated.

The tank is equipped with an electric heating element and a thermostat to work in the absence of the sun.

The solar heater contains a safety valve and a vent to exit the excess pressure and also contains a water non-return.

The tank does not need a magnesium electrode.

The solar collector contains parallel lifting pipes of red copper 10-15 mm wear-resistant and high thermal conductivity connected to each other by horizontal copper header pipes.

Pipes for connection between the tank and the cell
Flexible stainless steel tubes, diameter 25 mm, insulated with rubber foam, thickness 9 mm with protection of aluminum adhesive tape against weather conditions.

Operating instructions
The hot water used by the customer is the water that passes inside the heat exchanger (stainless steel coil), so the water used is healthy (potable) water suitable for drinking and other uses. The thermal liquid in the tank is a heating medium to heat the heat exchanger and in turn it heats the water that goes through inside as the length of the heat exchanger is 25 meters, then the thermal liquid is heated inside the solar cells and collected inside the tank, where the tank is filled with a hot thermal liquid surrounding the heat exchanger, which in turn heats the water that passes through.
